The MtM program is held twice yearly. Proximate dates are:

• 2011 Fall: August 15th - December 11th
• 2012 Spring: January 23rd - May 20th
• 2012 Fall: August 13th - December 9th

During both sessions, in addition to a mid-semester break of four days, there is a longer recess
period corresponding to the Thanksgiving Holidays (Fall Session) or Holy Week-Paschal Celebration (Spring Session). During these breaks, participants may travel to visit their family or religious community. Those who chose not to travel during these break times may remain at the Guidon Center and attend OST community celebrations.

Applications for the Ministry to Ministers Sabbatical Program are received year round. Completed applications are reviewed on a first come first served basis. Notification of acceptance or waiting list status will be communicated to the applicant two to four weeks after the completed application is received.

Fees, Tuition & Documentation

Tuition includes all presentations, workshops, audited classes, Spiritual Direction, 8 Day Directed Retreat, gym membership, wellness consultant and other features of the program.
Room and Board includes meals and snacks and socials, along with bed linens, towels and laundry supplies.

• There is a $50.00 non-refundable application processing fee.
• Upon acceptance, a $500 deposit (applied to tuition) confirms the participant's place in the
program.
• All fees are payable in U.S. Dollars Those from outside the United States must pay
transaction fees which may be exacted by the bank.
• All payment checks, money orders, bank drafts, etc. should be made out to: Oblate School of
Theology

• F-1 STATUS-International students attending Ministry to Ministers Sabbatical Program are
required to have non-immigrant full-time student status (F-1), unless there has been a prior
arrangement made with the Designated School Official (DSO) of Oblate School of Theology.
• Medical insurance coverage is a requirement for all sabbaticants.
