Pat Guidon Center for Continuing

Education

The Pat Guidon Center for Continuing Education was named in honor of Father Patrick Guidon, OMI who served as President of Oblate School of Theology from 1970 until 1995. The center was dedicated on March 24th, 2001 on the campus of Oblate School of Theology.

The Pat Guidon Center for Continuing Education, which won a National Building Award, offers participants amenities unrivaled by other sabbatical facilities. Rather than adapt an existing building, Oblate School of Theology designed the facility to fit the needs of both program and participants.

The Southwest design of two buildings connected by an open secure courtyard provides ample space for both personal reflection time and community gatherings.

The facility offers:

inviting and spacious community rooms
a chapel
meditation/prayer rooms
dining space
private rooms
a beautiful park-like campus
a private swimming pool
individual air-conditioning/heating units
telephone and DSL connections
