About:

Ana Frietze is the director of the Lay Certificate programs at Oblate School of Theology. She is a pastoral minister and theologian who is often invited to speak at the parish and diocesan level, as well as a leader of retreats and days of reflection. Ana is a trained spiritual director who ministers in both English and Spanish. She is especially trained to accompany others in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius in daily life.
