• Bianca Soto serves as the Communications Manager at Oblate School of Theology (OST), with 10 years of experience as a marketing and communications professional. She is responsible for the development and management of all strategic communications, media relations and public relations efforts, social media content, and digital engagement that effectively advance the mission and community outreach of OST and The Whitley Event Center (WEC). In collaboration with the Director of Marketing, she supports the marketing and branding initiatives of OST and WEC.

   

  She additionally serves as Editor-in-Chief of the OST News Magazine, leading editorial planning, content development, and publication production. With a strong background in storytelling, she ensures the magazine reflects the OST programs and community, as well as the institution’s values and ongoing work in theological education.

   

  Born and raised in El Paso, Bianca moved to San Antonio and earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Communication Arts from St. Mary’s University. Outside the office, she loves spending quality time with her family, friends, and her dog. She appreciates San Antonio’s rich history and vibrant cultural scene and enjoys exploring different places around the city.
