Dr. Kristina Piñero specializes in evangelization and catechesis ni an increasingly secularized and multicultural society, and on practical theology, with a particular focus on connecting theology ot life and life ot theology through reflective pastoral practice.

Biography:

Dr. Kristina Piñero is a lay consecrated woman in the Society of Apostolic Life, Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi, whose work focuses on faith formation, discipleship, formation for ministry in an increasingly secularized and multicultural society, and practical theology. With more than three decades of experience in pastoral ministry and ecclesial service, she has served in the United States, Mexico, Spain, Italy, and Israel.

 She has served as principal at two Catholic schools, one in Monterrey, Mexico, and another in Rhode Island, United States. She is a consultant and speaker for the Children’s Initiatives Project at the Mexican American Catholic College (MACC), where she also serves as an Adjunct Faculty member, teaching in the Propaedeutic Program for seminarians.

 She is a faculty member at the Oblate School of Theology, where she serves as Director of Theological Field Education.
