Dr. Kristina Piñero specializes in evangelization and catechesis ni an increasingly secularized and multicultural society, and on practical theology, with a particular focus on connecting theology ot life and life ot theology through reflective pastoral practice.

Biography:

Dr. Kristina Piñero is a lay consecrated woman in the Society of Apostolic Life, Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi, and has dedicated more than three decades to pastoral ministry and ecclesial service. Her ministerial experience spans multiple cultural contexts, including the United States, Mexico, Spain, Italy, and Israel. Her primary areas of specialization include evangelization, catechesis, and the spiritual development of children, youth, and families.

She holds master’s degrees in Religious Sciences and Spirituality and earned her Doctor of Ministry from the Oblate School of Theology, where her research focused on equipping parents as primary agents of Christian discipleship within the family. Dr. Piñero has served as principal at two schools, one in Monterrey, Mexico, and the other in Rhode Island, USA. She served as a consultant and speaker for the Children’s Initiatives Project at MACC.

She is a faculty member at the Oblate School of Theology, where she serves as Director of Theological Field Education. She is also an Adjunct Faculty member at the Mexican American Catholic College (MACC), teaching in the propadeutic program for seminarians.
