Recommendation Form

Three letters of recommendation are required as part of your application to Oblate School of Theology. These recommendations help us understand your readiness for graduate theological education and ministry preparation. Please select recommenders who can speak to your religious standing, academic ability, and ministerial potential.

How to Submit:

1. Complete the applicant information section of this form

2. Click "Save and Continue" to generate a unique link

3. Forward the link via email to your recommender

4. Your recommender will complete their portion and submit directly to OST

Who Should Recommend You:

• One person in authority within your denominational structures who can verify your good standing

• One person qualified to attest to your academic ability (professor, academic advisor, etc.)

• One person of your choosing who knows you well
