1 / 1

I am very glad that I went and it was a challenging and enlightening experience.

This event was such beautiful experience for my life.

All speakers were spectacular. I’m so lucky to live in SA and can attend this institute

I really appreciate the integration of the arts into the Institute. I also liked the variety of presenters and the overall theme.

I am always looking forward to come back. Is an excellent time to grow in knowledge.

I also enjoyed the silence after each presentation, it was a lot to process. The opportunity to share with others the insights was also very valuable.”

I really feel that all of the conversations and presentations are essential for our times. I met new people and saw old friends and the connections were great.

The integration of theology, psychology, philosophy, and mental health created a truly enriching learning experience that challenged me intellectually while deepening my faith.

I also liked the variety of presenters and the overall theme.

Enjoyed everything and especially getting to know the speakers.

I’m very grateful for all your hard work in planning, executing, and follow up that entails a high-quality event like this one.

I really enjoyed the whole event; and the fellowship.

Enjoyed discussing/sharing in triads. It is the perfect number, especially when time is short.

It was very well organized and I loved that the recordings were shared to be able to rewatch and also listen to all the breakout sessions. All the choices were excellent. I also enjoyed the silence after each presentation; it was a lot to process. The opportunity to share with others the insights was also very valuable.

I thoroughly enjoyed it and found the topics so relevant and pertinent to my life currently.

My late husband, Anthony, and I have had a deep commitment to the formation of priests. Priests courageously go out and evangelize. I’m not able to do the work however I can facilitate their ministry. When it came time to take a required minimum distribution, I learned that I could make a qualified charitable distribution directly from my IRA to support the formation of priests. I felt like I was benefiting in two ways. First, I can help Oblate in their mission and second, I am able to avoid income taxes on the distribution. This was a win-win for me. I feel fortunate to be able to help those who have given their lives to the service of others.

We decided to include Oblate in our estate plans because of our personal dealings with its faculty and staff, its warm hospitality for all, and its long history of serving others in a positive Catholic-directed fashion. We found the mission of Oblate to be consistent with our own hopes. What Oblate held to be important, we too held to be important. Oblate we believed would be, long after we were gone, the best steward to use what we could give to realize the future.
