Oblate School of Theology is a Catholic graduate and professional school that educates and forms pastoral leaders—lay and ordained—for service to the Church and world, especially in the context of the U.S. Southwest and the Church’s global mission.
OST offers graduate theological and ministerial degrees including the Master of Divinity, Master of Arts in Theology, Master of Arts in Sacred Scripture, Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry, La Maestría en Ministerio Pastoral, Master of Arts in Theology, Master of Arts in Spirituality, Doctor of Ministry, Doctor of Philosophy in Spirituality, and Spiritual Direction programs, as well as specialized programs in chaplaincy and pastoral ministry. The school is accredited by the Association of Theological Schools (ATS).

Oblate School of Theology, a Roman Catholic school of theology and ministry serving the Southwest United States, invites applications for a Director of Theological Field Education with a preferred start date of August 2026. The candidate should be a Roman Catholic who possesses a firm commitment to the pastoral formation of future and current ministerial leaders in the Roman Catholic Church and other Christian denominations enrolled in the Masters of Divinity (MDiv) program.
